Pricing, Booking and Changing a service

Pricing of our Services

Each VIP Meet and Assist service is designed and put together to give you what you need.  The price will depend on the airport, the number of passengers, and sometimes the time of day.

 

To keep the cost down, we avoid “packaged” or “bundled” services as these may contain features you do not need. For example, many passengers can use the Airline’s own lounge before a departure – so there is no need to pay extra for VIP lounge access.

 

The final price you will be quoted or pay will be fully inclusive of all known fees, taxes and gratuities.

 

Ordering a service

If you know what want then you can book and pay online.  After your payment is received we will send an E-mail with the local greeter information and/or emergency contact numbers.   If you are not quite sure what service you want,  then click “ORDER NOW” and complete the enquiry form.  We will reply with a quote and service description.

 

Making a payment

Payment is required before the service (just like airlines). Payment can be made using a credit or charge card.  Your credit card information is entered by you, by your travel booker or by the cardholder into a secure website operated by a PCI compliant gateway.   PayPal account holders can use PayPal.   We will add a payment processing fee of 4% to the total cost of your services.  Cash on the day is never accepted or requested.  For large transactions we can accept payment by Bank / Wire Transfer.

 

Changing a booking

You may change a booking through the booking tool or by E-mailing us. If you make a big change to or cancel a booking less than 72 hours before the service start time there may be a change fee.   For very short notice cancellations, no shows, service not claimed or service is declined, the change fee will be up to 100%.
