Airport Bubbles – what’s included

Our “Airport Bubbles” service is a coordinated set of additional services available at every airport we service.  Opting to use the Airport Bubbles service means that a traveller can select to get them as quickly and as safely as possible through the airport  to their home or hotel, or on to the next flight

Airport Bubbles comprise 3 parts, any or all of which can be booked through Fast Track

Airport Meet and Assist – a local COVID-safe Agent will meet and assist you when you arrive at the airport. Available for arrival, connection, transit or departure

Airport Baggage Porter – a COVID-aware baggage handler will retrieve and/or move your bags to or from your vehcile 

Airport Chauffeur Limo – a COVID-trained Chauffeur will drive you in a sanitized Private Hire vehicle. This means your ride is not shared with other travellers, and is not a taxi, hotel, Grab or Uber car service whose driver / vehicle is not guaranteed

All our Airport Bubble agents, porters and drivers (“Airport Bubble Staff”) must comply with these policies

  1. Airport Bubble Staff will take daily temperature and symptom checks
  2. Airport Bubble Staff will wear a mask at all times during the service and may use hand gloves
  3. Airport Bubble Staff will be sensitive to and observe social and physical distancing practices
  4. Agents may assist premium cabin passengers to board last to reduce mingling
  5. Agents will help passengers to try and avoid lines and queues when passing through the airport, using short cuts and special routes
  6. Agents and Drivers will carry or will make available hand sanitizer
  7. Porters will assist traveler’s bags or hand carries according to local health and safety rules, will provide and push a baggage trolley, and/or will have arranged or can assist the passenger securing, a baggage porter before and/or after customs checks
  8. Where we secure a baggage porter, the porter will use masks, wear gloves and/or use hand sanitizer before moving checked bags 
  9. Where we also provide the car service, the normal maximum number of passengers sharing a vehicle booked by us is recommended to be 2 for sedans and 3 for larger vehicles (unless they are family group), and each vehicle will be wiped clean and sprayed with disinfectant after prior to accepting a new passenger
  10. Where the airline’s lounge is closed, the Agent will use their knowledge and contacts to recommend most comfortable waiting options or access to a pay-in lounge.
  11. Agents may be able to request solo seats (next seat vacant) at check in

In this way our Airport Bubbles service assists and protects passengers moving between Airport and their Hotel/Office.
