With our China Airport Meet and Greet service, we will meet you at your arrival gate (at the airbridge or jetway) that connects the aircraft to the terminal building. And if the airplane parks in a remote bay, we will meet you where you step into the terminal building. For departures we will meet you at the kerbside as your car pulls up.
Fast Track through immigration is available in Beijing Capital (PEK), in Shanghai Pudong and Shanghai Hongqiao (PVG and SHA) and in Guangzhou Baiyun (CAN) Airports. VIP service is available in Daxing PKX and Shanghai PVG and SHA.
International meet and assist (fast track not guaranteed) can also be provided in Sanya SYX, Wuhan WUH, Chongqing CKG, Qingdao TAO, Haikou HAK, Hangzhou HGH, Shenzen SZX, Guilin KWL, Nanjing NKG and Tianjin TSN.
Our local China greeters – who speak enough English to carry out the service – will meet to on arrival and escort you all the way to your driver, or the other way around. For connections they will take you to the next terminal and/or boarding gate. As they know their airport well, they will be able to manage your route through Border Controls for international arrivals and departures and the complicated processes easily and quickly. They are also able to help you make transfer connections between flights if that is what you need.
In China there are also some luxury VVIP service options in the main airport. These involve use of a private VIP lounge, and sometimes a tarmac transfer to or from the airplane.
Connection through China airports can be very complicated and are sometimes quite restricted. Our Su Le Tong Xing ground team are experienced at working out whether international to international connections can be done in the airside transit area, or if the flights involved requires the passenger to enter and exit China. And they are also able to advise if particular connection combinations are allowed or not.
Lounge access in China’s airports before departure is available to passengers who are eligible either due to their flying in a premium cabin, or having membership access through a credit card or lounge member program. For others, in economy coach class we can arrange lounge access before departure for an additional fee.
Electric kart buggies cannot usually be booked or used. If there is a long distance between terminal a car can be arranged rather than the public shuttle bus or train. Chauffeured Ground Transportation – to or form the city – is offered in all airports and is highly recommended, especially for departures, for speed and coordination. These cars can be booked on line or requested off line. You can select executive and premium chauffeur vehicles services .
