How to book Airport meet and assist. A simple 5 step guide.

1. Choose the service |

   All options & prices about How to Book Airport Services are on our website. See the “airport meet & assist service prices” and read the “local service descriptions” for the Airport through which you are passing. If you prefer you can receive this information in an E-mail. Just contact us through the a “request a quote” form. We will reply with the details, options and costs by return e-mail.
   
   

2. Send your order |

   When you have chosen the meet & greet service, place your order Just give us the date, flight & passenger information. We will check we have all the information that we need. We tell you the final cost, and send you a payment link.
   
   

3. Pay with a credit card |

   We accept payment by card. We use a PCI compliant and secure third-party payment gateway. You enter your card details into it. We never ask for or see your card information. If you have a PayPal account you can pay using PayPal. All our prices are shown and charged in USD.
   
   

4. Receive the confirmation |

   We will send a confirmation E-mail containing the details of the service you ordered for the meet and greet reservation. Also, there will be a link to a special chat line, going direct to our book meet assist rez team control centre.
   
   

5. Receive a local contact number |

   The day before service start time, we usually send the name of the greeter and their cell number. Or we may give the local airport supervisor’s cell number just in case you cannot see your assistant.
