How to book your service

If you know what you want then you can book Meet and Assist and pay online. just like with a flight or hotel. After your payment is received we will send an E-mail with the local contact numbers and information. But if you are not quite sure what you want, then just click “ORDER BY E-MAIL” and complete the inquiry form. Our Airport VIP booking team will then reply with a detailed quote.

How we price our services

Each Airport VIP service is designed and put together to give you only what you need. The price will depend on the airport, the number of passengers, and sometimes the time of day. Wherever we can, we avoid "bundling" services so we can keep the price down. We also offer discounted rates for "Earlybird" bookers. The final quoted price will be inclusive of all fees, taxes and gratuities.

How to pay for a service

Payment is required before the service (just like flights). It can be made by the booker using a credit or charge card. We will add a payment processing fee of 4% to the total cost of the services you choose. Cash on the day is never accepted and never requested. For large transactions we can accept payment by electronic Bank & Wire Transfers. PayPal is also accepted.

How to change a booking

You may change a booking by E-mailing us. We can accept most change requests free of charge., subject to the fare rules of your original purchase. If you make a major change which require us to re-book your service (eg a change of airport or of the service date) less than 48 hours before the booked service time, then a change fee may apply. How to cancel a booking

You may cancel a booking by E-mailing us. If you cancel a booking MORE than 48 hours before the service start time, there is usually no cancellation charge (subject to the fare rules of your original purchase). If you cancel a booking LESS than 48 hours before the service start time, there will be a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the price paid. See our Terms and Conditions for details.
