Airport assistance options in Shanghai.

Both Arrival and Departure services in China’s city Shanghai at PVG and SHA airports are fully supported and our staff contact and liaise with inbound or waiting drivers (Chauffeur services in China can also be arranged). Finger Printing and VOA or e-Visa assistance procedures on arrival are handled as required for your entry. Baggage trolleys are provided free-of-charge for you to use to push your bags past customs checks, any quarantine checks and through security. Our greeters are not allowed to be porters but they will assist identify, retrieve, lift and push normal size bags. If there are very many, very heavy or very large bags to move, then porters (baggage assistants) can be found. For departures, if you do not have airline or member lounge access we can pre-book air-side departure lounges using http://www.loungecheck.com and which are all equipped with showers and normal lounge facilities. Transfering or connecting between two flights (international and/or domestic) is also fully supported, also if different terminals and check ins are needed.
