Whilst you freshen up or get messages the Customs and Immigration staff complete the formalities and your bags are brought to you. When you are ready you are taken to your driver. It is seamless and fast, and avoids public areas and lines.
The staff will greet you as you arrive at the special drop off zone of the VIP facility. Then, whilst you are snoozing or working, they will check you in, handle the border control procedures, and label your bags.
